How does it work?
1. A complete rental analysis is performed on your property, identifying the rents attainable.
2. We take professional pictures and extensively market your home on the top property websites.
3. We run credit and background checks on all potential applicants, negotiate the lease, collect the deposit, and hand over keys to your new tenant. If the lease is over a year, we put an automatic rent increase into the contract.
4. We handle all communications with the tenants. If repairs are needed, you pay a low hourly fee plus material costs.
