How does it work?

• We run credit and background checks on all potential applicants, negotiate the lease, collect the deposit, and hand over keys to your new tenant. If lease is over a year, we put an automatic rent increase into the contract.

• We handle all communications with the tenants. If repairs are needed, you pay a low hourly fee plus material costs.
